So I did and talked to Mike and set up an appointment to meet with him. Mike was great, he took all of the information on what kind of house we were looking for, kind of payment and location. Mike made the buying process very easy for me; he was available every day we wanted to look at homes which means weekends. He showed us so many houses until we made an offer on a house after about two weeks. The owners were asking $349,000 and Mike got for us at $338,000 with a lot of extras. I would also like to say Mike has the patience of a Saint. Both of us love the house and are very happy we had Mike as our real estate agent!
